Having trained as an actor and worked on and off in the industry for over 10 years, Sarah transitioned into casting over 4 years ago and has since worked across theatre, television, commercials, and films.
Sarah now works freelance as a Casting Director, frequently working with Reading Rep as well as as an associate for Catherine Willis, working on shows such as The Full Monty, Plebs, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, Crime S2, The Change and The Gathering, to name a few.
Growing up in a council house in London, Sarah is passionate about creating more equality in the industry. She is currently a member of the “Equality Diversity and Inclusion” group as part of the Casting Directors Guild.

Drawing from a rich tapestry of experiences in the charity and higher education sectors, Helena has dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact. With a focus on empowering talented young individuals, orchestrating large scale cultural events, and designing educational initiatives in Widening Participation, she is deeply committed to creating positive change. Helena’s recent endeavours involve supporting underrepresented students in gaining access to Russell Group universities, where she engaged in research, design, and implementation of interventions to dismantle barriers to entry. Rooted in a degree in Business and Event Management, complemented by a master’s degree in education policy and Society, Helena’s passion lies in advocating and advancing educational equity for all.
