The Royal Lyceum Edingburgh

We partnered with The Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh to offer three working-class creatives from Edinburgh and the surrounding areas a unique opportunity to be mentored by professionals within the Lyceum.

Over the course of six months, the selected mentees will take part in monthly mentoring sessions, including paid shadowing days, tickets to external productions, and one-on-one meetings with creatives based both in Scotland and beyond. This programme is designed to provide valuable insight into professional theatre-making, while also building confidence, connections, and creative skills.

In addition, mentees will receive ongoing coaching from the team at WORK UP, tailored to support them through the next steps of their career journeys, whether in performance, production, writing, or any other area of the creative industries.
